## What EQScore does

- **Record** a real conversation. Apple Speech transcribes on-device. Apple Intelligence Foundation Models score the speaker on five Goleman EQ dimensions (0–100) with verbatim quotes pulled from the transcript as evidence.
- **EQ Mode** — always-on awareness. Continuously samples voice acoustics (volume, pace, pauses) and Apple Watch heart rate. Watch taps the wrist when tension transitions (elevated, high, recovery). Apple Intelligence reasoning layer contextualises signals every 30–60 seconds (laughter vs tension, etc.). End-of-session debrief.
- **Mirror Mode** — solo practice. Front camera reads face landmarks via Apple Vision (smile intensity, brow furrow, eye contact, blink rate). Face + voice + heart rate are fed multimodally into the same Foundation Models prompt for combined scoring.
- **EQ Coach** — streaming chatbot grounded in your real session history. Uses `LanguageModelSession.streamResponse(to:)` for live-token chat. Suggests experiments, prep for hard conversations, weekly focus.
- **Voice profile** — read three calibration passages once. EQScore fingerprints your voice (pitch mean/std, energy, pace) and can attribute turns to you in multi-speaker conversations.

## Privacy

100% on-device. Zero network calls to any EQScore-controlled server (there is no server). No accounts, no login, no telemetry, no third-party SDKs. Health data stays in Apple HealthKit.
